Signatures are not required for Small package deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via UPS GROUND or FEDEX Ground. Some items may be tagged with another available shipping option.
Most orders are processed within 2 business days.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Personalized items take approximately 5 business days for production, please add an additional 3-6 business days for ground delivery after production. FOB: KY

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order at this point.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Damaged or Incomplete orders
All claims must be received in writing within 2 Business days of receipt of merchandise. Please email digital pictures of any damaged pieces and keep all boxes/packaging if you do have damage. If your package arrives damaged, you should open them while the shipper's delivery person is present and go through each package at that time so you can file a claim.
